Marginal gains in performance – a look at the Teaching Standards

The second year of teaching can be a daunting and challenging year: no more mentor; reduced non-contact time, and a feeling that you `should know’ by now. Feedback tells us that colleagues value the opportunity to work together in a supportive climate of challenge to develop expertise and share good practice. Sessions will be facilitated by Middle and Senior Leaders from Boxgrove Primary School and will feature presentations, discussions and opportunities to raise issues in a `clinic’ environment.

You will be able to set the agenda for topics, extend subject knowledge, share good practice, and seek advice in a supportive group of colleagues at the same stage of career development.

All participants will receive a free copy of The Early Career Framework Handbook, RRP £19.99

All twilight sessions in this programme will be offered from 3.45pm – approx. 5.00pm via Zoom or at Boxgrove Primary School, Boxgrove Lane, Guildford, GU1 2DT
